This development for Littlewoods call centre included the conversion of a former military hangar into offices. A second building for additional offices and warehouse. The third building provides a secure computer centre.
Adana started in the main Hangar excavating and casting RC pad foundations followed by service trenches, lift pits with tanking and underground drainage. After the internal structural steelwork was erected we followed up and cast the ground floor slab. We made structural alterations to the annexes each side of the hangar constucted of brickwork with structural steelwork, beam and pot roof. We set up crash decks, propped and demolished parts of the the existing roof, shored walls, broke out brickwork and cast padstones, fixed metal decking and cast roof slabs and installed drainage.
In the second building and third buildings we excavated cast the pad foundations lift pit, installed the underground drainage and serice ducting and cast the ground floor slabs.
Externally we reduced the site, installed all the below ground drainage, petrol interceptor, excavated trenches for services, installed ducting, laid the kerbs, prepared the car parking for tarmacadam.
The hard landscaping was also in our package. The high specification paving included York stone and La Linia. We prepared and spread the the topsoil.
We were always at hand to assist shepherd in the smooth running of the project.
