Adana's first operation was stripping the site of topsoil and sub soil and depositing it in a stockpile on adjacent land. We Constructed the piling platform, laid drainage  and constructed the car park for the site to utilise.  After piling was completed we cropped and constructed pile caps and ground beams. when the  steel frame was underway we laid the below slab drainage and ducting and cast the ground floor slan.  We cast RC shear walls to stabalise the steel frame.  The floors were metal decked we concreted the floors.

The external works was quite extensive.  The centre piece is a lake with bronze figures aound the fountain. We excavated the lake constructed a RC retaining wall and  installed a volclay liner with 300mm earth containment.  Boulders from Scotland were arranged around the the edge.  The paving to the footpaths were La Linia. Uplights were installed in the paving. We suppied and installed the street furniture. As works proceeded we topsoiled the soft landscaped area ready for planting.
