Adana Construction delivered the reinforced concrete frame over a 31-week programme, completed in two phases across three storeys. The structure included pile caps and foundations, together with four reinforced concrete cores comprising two lift shafts and two stair cores. The superstructure featured architectural circular and square exposed concrete columns, as well as high-quality exposed concrete soffits throughout.
