Manchester Town Hall and Albert Square are undergoing a major redevelopment to restore and modernise these historic landmarks while improving functionality and public accessibility. As part of the works, Albert Square is being transformed into a more accessible and welcoming public space. Although full completion of the square is expected in 2026, most of the enlarged and upgraded area was opened in time to support the 2025 Christmas Markets. Adana was awarded the external civils, drainage, and hard landscaping packages and will remain involved in the project through to completion.
