The Globe and Simpson building in Manchester, now known as The Globe Building forms part of the broader St. John's development. It is a 12-storey office building with retail space on the ground and first floors, located on the former Granada Studios site. Developed by Allied London, Adana Construction completed the installation of the main drainage, capping beam, RC basement and 12-storey core. Adana worked closely with our client from tender stage to ensure the construction was efficient and cost effective.
