The Performance Model of investor in people – A journey of continuous improvement.
Adana Construction Ltd have been Investor In People accredited for over 10 years. Most of you will be familiar with the Olympic Games and how hard it is to get in the GB team then compete on a world stage to achieve a medal.
Well at Adana Construction we have set ourselves the challenge of achieving one of those medals as external recognition for all the excellent work our people do in their roles.
We have enlisted the help and support of Martin Loynd from inspiring Your Success Ltd to assist us over the next eight months with the Investors in People framework.
We feel we are as a business the employer or choice and the supplier of choice and as such we want to embed the IIP framework further. Martin will be guiding us through this and help us gather the evidence we need to achieve the higher recognition.
Here is some background information on the Investor in People framework. The main three themes are leading, supporting and improving. We then have nine areas to support the success of the business. Martin will be conducting the culture survey over the coming weeks so watch out for the link to this. Achieving a higher level than we currently have will also help secure tenders and other opportunities including helping Adana Construction recruit the right people as we grow.
